How to Wear A Belly Band


As you go through your pregnancy, your body undergoes so many changes. From your increasing breast size to your growing belly, such changes entail minor discomforts and a few inconveniences.   • There are two ways you can put on your belly band. You can either slide it over your head or simply step into it before pulling it up.
  • Once it’s on your lower belly, you can fold it in half to cover your unbuttoned pants or prevent your underwear from peaking through.
  • During the last few months of your pregnancy, you’ll find your tummy pushing your pants further down and folding your belly band. At that period, you can unfold the band and pull it up to let it sit snugly against your skin.

Take note that not all women are comfortable wearing a belly band. With that, it’s a good idea to test it for a few hours first and see how well you’ll like it. Also, keep in mind that belly bands are different from maternity support belts.
